BLAIS RACING SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer Satisfaction:

*Blais Racing Services strives to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products that you’ve purchased, we will send you a refund. Just return any new or unused part to us within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we will refund the full purchase price - (except for shipping charges which are not refundable).  After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.  If you purchase clothing, riding gear, helmets, and it must be returned at any time, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned clothing, riding gear, helmets for domestic customers only.  All items are sold by their description as some photos may be generic. Even exchanges are done at No Charge.  No clothing and/or gear returns accepted from International customers.

Liability Clause:

*Blais Racing Services is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to parts, products, and/or services provided.

Ordering & Shipment:

*When ordering parts from our On-Line Store ($30 Order Minimum), you will be sent the exact items that you have ordered.  If the items are in stock, we can ship within 2 days.  If the items are not in stock, the items will ship usually within 7-10 days.  If you order the incorrect item, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and will be refunded the full purchase price for parts only (except for shipping charges that are not refundable).  If we need additional information from you, such as more detail for shipping purposes, we will contact you most likely by email. All orders within the state of California are taxable at 7.75%. All orders outside of California are non-taxable.  All domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground to all states except Alaska, Hawaii.  Shipping to these states will be air freight and an additional $30 shipping charge will apply.  International shipments will vary in shipping costs and will be quoted at time of order placement. 

International Orders:

We do ship to International Customers if the order is $300 or more US dollars by UPS only.   Customer is responsible for all their country's tariffs & taxes for the items purchased.  Blais Racing Services only pays the shipping costs.  It is the customers responsibility to be present when item is delivered to pay the tariffs & taxes.
