Smog/ Emissions Block off Kit & Beather Hose Relocation for 2008-2011 KTM 400/450/530 XC-W, and EXC. Does not work on new Style 2012 -13 450/ 500 engine.
This is a quick and easy way to keep you bike running better and remove all of those emissions canisters. This is the same stuff we use on the Factory KTM race bikes. Kit includes OEM quality hose, Carb plug & sealing washer, & Cylinder head plug.
Remove small hose and fitting from Cylinder Head. Replace with small bolt and loctite in.
Remove Crankcase breather hose from Carburetor. Remove Brass fitting from Carburetor and Replace with Plug. Make sure to loctite.
Remove the old breather hose completely and replace with new one. Run the hose out the bottom of the frame with the carburetor vent lines. It may be necessary to cut the hose shorter so that it isn’t handing down too far below the frame. Remove the emissions canister if equipped.
